Quotations and Contracts

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Contracts are binding upon signature by both parties.
• Payment is made according to the schedule agreed in the contract.
• Payment delays exceeding 30 days entitle us to suspend services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, software, and resources developed by IMC remain its property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the developed solutions for internal use.

Warranties and Services

• A warranty is provided on electrical work for 12 months from the delivery date.
• The warranty does not cover faults resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification.
• Additional maintenance services are available under separate contracts.

Liability

IMC is committed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from the use of our services.
